The truth is that rolling a decent joint is not that hard. It is like rolling a normal tobacco cigarette, but with papers made for giants.
With a bit of patience and practice you will be able to roll a classic one, a blunt, a spliff, a cross joint, a flaming backflip, a gotti blunt, a tulip joint and even a windmill joint so that can enjoy a truly Dutch joint!
Classic joints, blunts, spliffs
Joints and blunts contain only cannabis, but the latter uses tobacco paper (distinguishable by their thicker weight and dark brown color) whereas joints are rolled with lighter, partially translucent papers.
Spliffs (or normal joints) are essentially hybrids, part tobacco and part cannabis. They're rolled in the same paper as joints and include a paper filter known as a tips. The tip takes the place of a filter by adding stability to the roll and allows you to enjoy the entire spliff without burning your fingers.
Cross joints
We know that you have watched “Pineapple Express” and want to do it yourself. A Cross joint looks cool and complex, but it isn't. It is way easier than you might have imagined. All you need is 3 rolling papers, tips, tobacco and weed.
Flaming backflip - Upside down
Get ready to be impressed with it's pyrotechnics! Backflip makes you use the minimum of paper and is easy-going on the lungs.
Blunts & Cannabis Cigars
Pure cannabis cigars are perhaps the ultimate joints for the rich, famous and well connected. Using exotic, hard-to-get ingredients this can be a hard one to get together.
Tulip joints
Tulip joints are an Amsterdam specialty. Often found (usually half-smoked) in the hands of unconscious tourists. A good tulip is deceptively smooth to smoke and easier to roll than it looks.
Windmill joints
A windmill joint is similar to the cross joint with the difference that windmill holds four different joints. Windmill joints are tricky to make, but the holder of the windmill can be used time and time again.
How to make a perfect filter tip
Good filter tips don't filter the smoke, they do allow it to flow. A good tip also stops the joint from dissolving in your mouth or burning your lips when you chase that last zip. Watch how you can make many different.
Hash & joints
You can put hash instead of weed in all the above techniques. If you want to roll a pure hash joint, this is the way to make it easier.
Now that you know the techniques go forth and master them! Just remember, take it easy and don't overdo it ;)
